Málaga is a city located in the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain. The city consists out of aprox. 570.000 habitants and is Andalusia's second biggest city. Málaga has an airport, a harbour and several technology parks.
The picturesque city is located next to the ocean and surrounded by mountains. You can enjoy throughout the whole year a pleasant clima. In the summer it gets quite hot with temperatures up to 35ºC and in the Winter you can enjoy an average temperature of 15ºC.
You can still recognize the Moorish impact on the city in the architecture and the sights.
Málaga is famous for its Roman Theater and the two arabic castles Alcazaba and Gibralfaro. Furthermore the city has an amazing cathedral. Málaga is Pablo Picasso's hometown and you can find a lot of interesting museums here.

Málaga ist an der Costa del Sol im Süden Spaniens gelegen. Die Stadt ist mit ca.570.000 Einwohnern die zweitgrößte Stadt Andalusiens. Neben einem Flughafen und einem Hafen verfügt Málaga ebenso über mehrere Technologieparks.
Die malerische Stadt ist direkt am Meer gelegen und ist von Bergen umgeben. Das ganze Jahr über herrscht ein angenehmes Klima. Im Sommer mit sehr heißen Tagen mit bis zu 40ºC, im Winter mit angenehmen Temperaturen mit einem Durchschnittswert um die 15ºC.
Anhand der Architektur und den Sehenswürdigkeiten lässt sich immer noch der maurische Einfluss feststellen. Neben zwei arabischen Schlössern, der Alcazaba und der Gibralfaro, gibt es in Málaga ebenfalls eine Kathedrale, sowie ein römisches Theater. Ausserdem ist Málaga die Geburtsstadt Pablo Picasso's und verfügt über eine Vielzahl von Museen.
